1. WHAT IS A COOKIE?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit our Service. It stores information about your browsing and lets us offer you a personalised experience.
2. WHICH COOKIES DO WE USE?
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for our Service to work. They let you use the main features (for example, access to your account). Without them, you would not be able to use our Service normally.
2.2 Functional cookies
These cookies personalise your experience of our Service by remembering your preferences (for example your language or display settings).
2.3 Product analytics without the PostHog tracker
Yadulink measures the activation journey and the use of the main features on the basis of its legitimate interest in improving the Service. Events are limited and tied to a random pseudonym. No LinkedIn profile or content, prospect, message, email address, token, visited URL, user agent or typed text is sent to PostHog.
PostHog is not loaded in your browser and sets no cookie or local storage for this measurement: the permitted events are validated, then sent from Yadulink's servers to PostHog's European infrastructure, with no PostHog profile and geolocation disabled.
2.4 Third-party cookies
Our Service may use cookies from third-party services:
- Stripe (payment)
- Crisp (customer support)
- Firstpromoter (affiliate programme)
3. COOKIES AND TRACKERS SPECIFIC TO OUR SERVICE
Our Service also uses technical cookies and trackers tied to the sign-in, authentication and sync flows offered in the application, in particular to:
- Temporarily process the authentication data required for the Service to work
- Enable the connection between our Service and your compatible third-party account
- Support the configured automations
4. COOKIE RETENTION PERIOD
Cookie retention varies by type:
- Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser
- Persistent cookies: stored on your device for a set period (13 months maximum, in line with CNIL recommendations)
- PostHog events: 12 months at most; Yadulink technical delivery records: 7 days after they reach their final state
5. HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES?
5.1 Opting out of product analytics
Product analytics do not rely on a PostHog cookie or a browser setting. You can object at any time by writing to [email protected]. Your request does not affect any Yadulink feature.
5.2 Your browser settings
You can also configure your browser to manage cookies as you prefer. You can accept or reject all cookies, or choose the ones you want to keep. Here is how to do it in the main browsers:
- Google Chrome: Menu > Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Content settings > Cookies
- Mozilla Firefox: Menu > Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data
- Microsoft Edge: Menu > Settings > Cookies and site permissions
Disabling strictly necessary cookies can affect how the Service works. Opting out of PostHog analytics does not affect your access to the features.
6. UPDATES TO THE COOKIE POLICY
YADULINK reserves the right to amend this Cookie Policy at any time. We encourage you to check this page regularly for any changes. If a change is substantial, we will inform you by any appropriate means.
